Blogger- using this platform in order to record our progress
throughout each of the different stages of making our final production. This also
allowed all of our team to access each of the documents to ensure we always
knew where we were, view scripts that we wrote up on ‘Microsoft Word’ and we
were able to record our research.
Photoshop- we used Photoshop to design and make our Goldfish
On A Tricycle logo to ensure we had a professional logo that we could put on all
our products. We also used Photoshop to make our film poster. It enabled us to
give our poster an unnatural effect with a dark contrast to show the theme of
our film.
Final cut- We used Final Cut to do all our film editing on
as it had all the features that we needed to ensure our film looked how we hoped
it would look. We used this because it allowed more of our ideas to
be incorporated into our final film. We were able to use the colour
corrector tool to make sure that the water in the bathroom clip stayed the
same. As she is being drowned while wearing a towel when planning the clip we didn’t
think about the towel running but we ensured it stayed the same colour.
We used Google and YouTube as our main place for research
and it made sure we were able to find useful information that we could incorporate
into our film
When recording our sound for the voice over we used a zoom
recorder and used a sound proof room so the sound would be clear with no echo,
we needed to do this so the sound sounded great for us to use in our radio
trailer
